# Which twenty-one sources can answer your study questions?

> Which papers can you use to check the claims? — Research Peptide Fundamentals research peptides: Match claims to papers. Ask whether tests involved people or animals and what changed.

**PAPERS / CHECK THE FINDINGS**

A claim about hunger or healing needs evidence you can check. These papers include patient trials, reviews of earlier papers, animal tests, and cells grown in dishes.

## What do the paper numbers and study labels mean?

Match the small number beside a claim to the paper below. Tirzepatide uses 1–7, semaglutide 8–11, Thymosin Alpha-1 12–16, and BPC-157 17–21. Original titles accompany a link to each paper.

A number guides you like a newspaper's page number.

A review examines earlier papers. The reviewers aren't treating new patients. A systematic review searches for papers using stated rules.

A meta-analysis combines their results to judge the overall difference. A narrative review describes papers without that combined calculation.

Efficacy asks whether treatment helped. Clinical work involves people. Controlled trials compare treatments.

A pilot study starts with a small group to see what happens. For your questions, read each peptide’s findings about patients and remaining doubts.
